Why I can't create a lesson and redeem promo code in MEC?

Problems and solutions for a beginner in Microsoft educator community (MEC). 

1) Why I can't create a lesson in MEC?

As per engineering folks since "create lesson plan" option has been largely misutilized for creating SPAM content hence it has been blocked for all. They are still reevaluating this capability and won’t allow uploads any time sooner. So can't create a lesson plan now.

Content Creation-- Content creation is currently restricted to the educator.

2) Where do promo codes get entered MEC?

Educator can redeem the promo code.

2. You need to get the promo code to redeem the promo code.
You can get the promo code via scheduling the skype sessions /interaction with the other educator/trainer.
