How to create a digital signature in Microsoft Word/Excel? 

Step 1: Search AutoDraw

Step 2: Select the pen tool (draw) and draw, you may change the colour 

Step 3:  Click the top left corner menu bar ☰ 

Step 4: Download 

Step 5: File downloaded 

Step 6: Open Word/excel file (new page or your document) 

Step 7: Insert pictures (AutoDraw signature) 

Step 8: Remove background colour, why? 

** look at the pic below: before VS after.

How to check: click design--> page colour 

Step 9: Resize the signature 

Step 10: Right-click the signature then save as picture 

Step 11: Open a new page in Excel--> Insert pictures 

Step 12: Insert pictures 

Step 13: Resize and relocate
